Its a small world so we are not really far from any where, although we would appear to be in the middle of know where, we are close to Street and Glastonbury, they are both within six miles or fifteen minutes in traffic.
We are within twenty five minutes of Castle Cary Railway Station and forty minutes of Taunton Railway Station, Bristol International Air port is also only forty minutes away.

Right next door to us is the Peat Moors Visitor Centre and the Shapwick Heath National Nature Reserve where you can walk for miles. Just up the road, within quarter of a mile is a highly recommended B&B called New House Farm its at the beginning of Burtle Road you can’t miss it.

Glastonbury is famous for the abbey, the Tor, the various musical events including the extravaganza and Glastonbury Festival held a few miles up the road at Pilton, healing water and has all sorts of strange and wonderful things thats going on most of the time. If you think you’ve seen everything then come to Glastonbury.

To sum Street up in one word it would be “Shoes” its where Clarks shoes originate from. Street has a large shopping village, allegedly high street shops at factory prices see what you think.
